155. GUEST COMIC Baa
Joe‘s creative process for this particular art piece, in a handy step-by-step guide.
- Get mashed and go to co-op dinner.*
- On the way home, be lured by some interesting tat on the side of the road. This includes a rug with an attractive football motif and, most importantly, a weird old oil painting of some sheep.
- Make a comic for Lotte.
- ???
- Profit? Or something?
* Co-op dinner is particularly genius. There are 7 of us who live really close to each other. Every day one of us cooks for everyone else in the co-op, and then washes up afterwards. This means that on 6 days of the week for a main meal, I don’t have to wash up, shop, cook, prepare food or clear up, and I get a whole delicious dinner with vegetables in it. Every day of the week, I see lovely people and have a catch up, and six of those days involve me getting out and about. It’s so much cheaper than us all cooking individually, too.
We’re also trying to set up a housing co-op, which so far is going quite well. Here is our blog.

THIS IS! BY FAR! THE BEST STRIP EVER! (Not including all of your other BEST EVAR STRIPS, Lotte, of course.)
Full of joy ^_^
Co-op dinner sounds like a fantastic idea. I also quite like the look of the “tattered” painting. Especially the frame.
