176. Common Poly Double-take
This macaroon was medicinal. I blame Parkerbarkertron for such an effective coping mechanism. It was delicious.
I was having tough times, so she wished me hugs and macaroons. When I was adventuring in a new and daunting town with an unfamiliar person, I bought macaroons and thought of Parkerbarkertron, and I felt better.
If you change the ‘she’ to ‘they’, then it also leaves further ambiguity as to the numerical status of the date. Which pleases me somewhat. 🙂

Also, if you change the pronoun to it there is pleasing ambiguity as to whether the date (activity) or the date (person) or I suppose both were nice.
OH. *realized that the joke was that they went on a date with someone else, not that they “went” on a date as in watersports*
