See, this is always weird to me, because I only *ever* hear ‘no homo’ for comic effect. “I would love to lick ice-cream off of your naked skin. No homo.” Or being picked up in comics like this.
It is not unusual for me to be late to the party.
I’ve heard it used seriously, but I am sure a LOT of people don’t take it seriously at all. I approve of your example!
I also approve of this example. And agree with Crabbadon. Though that’s not to say that it isn’t used seriously elsewhere. I just hang out with people who lol at it. That said, we use “no hetero” with utter seriousness.
